How do I claim my listing?
Find your clinic in the directory and click "Claim this listing" on the page, or head to our owner page and enter your business name. We review submissions within one business day — once approved, you'll get an email with a login link. Click it, request your one-time 6-character code, enter it, and you're in. No password needed.
Is there a per-photo or per-AI-draft fee?
No. Featured includes up to 12 photos plus a hero image, and generous monthly usage of the Instagram caption and ad-copy tools. Concierge call overages (above 150 calls/month) are billed at $2 per call.
What happens if I cancel?
Your listing stays live forever as a Free listing — you don't lose your spot in the directory. You keep Featured, the dashboard, and the marketing AI tools through the end of the month you've already paid for, and there's no charge after that.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on any tier. Concierge includes phone setup at no charge — we handle the call forwarding and calendar integration on a short onboarding call.
